Tyr's Triumph was developed primarily for espresso, but it's a solid all rounder.
A combination of Mexican and Costa Rican coffee, with notes of chocolate, nuts and caramel. It makes a fantastic flat white, almost Snickers like. As a pour over it gets very sweet as it cools with lingering vanilla.
