His farm has it's own pulping station and drying patios, employing locals to help grow fantastic coffee.
This is a peaberry coffee which is a result of a natural mutation that happens only in a small percentage of coffees worldwide. Coffee beans come from inside a coffee cherry, which usually holds two to each fruit, a peaberry coffee is a coffee bean that grows on it's own, it gets all the nutrients to itself which results in a dense, flavourful, juicy coffee.
Roasted to the early side of medium, to keep the brightness and fruit flavour yet develop that caramel note.
